PRC Guidelines are published by AXA XL Risk Consulting for the benefit of sharing its philosophy of and interpretations to various internationally recognized standards dealing with all types of property loss prevention subjects. Where no standards exist, it will provide broad guidance that identifies proper property protection requirements.

Although several of the agencies referenced in the PRC Guidelines are located only in the USA, counterparts of these agencies are generally found in most countries.
