Gary shared these predictions and other thoughts on COVID-19’s impact to the construction industry in the latest International Risk Management Institute (IRMI) podcast. According to Gary, contractors are taking steps to minimize risks to their operations and employees, wisely raising their level of communication and documentation and carefully reviewing their contracts.
