AXA XL promotes Sabrina Lahrmann to Head of International Property, UK & Lloyd's

AXA XL has today announced the promotion of Sabrina Lahrmann to Head of International Property, UK & Lloyd's. Based in London, she started her new role on 1 November 2025.

In her new role, Ms. Lahrmann will be responsible for developing and executing the underwriting strategy for AXA XL’s International Property Retail business in the UK and Lloyd’s market.

Ms. Lahrmann has over 20 years of insurance market experience, the majority of this in underwriting and risk management. She was previously Underwriting Manager for AXA XL’s, UK & Lloyd's, International Property team, a role she has held since May 2024. She joined AXA XL in 2022 from AXA UK. She has also worked for Allianz, where she started her career.
