XL Catlin's Global Excess Casualty Business Appoints Mona Carpenter, Underwriting Manager in Dallas

Mona Carpenter has joined XL Catlin’s Global Excess Casualty team in Dallas as Underwriting Manager, reporting to Maria T. Miramontes, Regional Excess Casualty Manager.Commenting on the appointment, Ms. Miramontes said: “The demand for quality commercial umbrella and excess casualty insurance coverages remains strong as businesses look to protect their assets from increased liability exposures and significant financial loss. Prior to her tenure with Swiss Re, she held casualty underwriting positions with AIG in both Dallas and Boston. Ms. Carpenter began her career with The Hartford.
