Will is the Strategic Head of Crisis Management at AXA XL. He previously served as our Global Head of War, Terrorism and Political Violence. Will has worked in the London insurance market since 1986. After starting out in aviation, war and political risk, he specialized in terrorism in the aftermath of 9/11. He led Aon’s stand-alone terrorism broking team before moving to Catlin in 2007 as Deputy Head of Crisis Management and senior terrorism underwriter. He holds a degree in finance with honors from Texas A&M University.
