Tim has been a business leader in insurance for over 12 years. He started his career with AXA XL Risk Consulting as part of a Six Sigma Quality team in Hartford, Connecticut, in 2000. He received his Black Belt and Master Black Belt certifications while leading Six Sigma Quality initiatives. In 2002, he assumed the role of Loss Prevention Product Development Leader for the Global Asset Protection team and added leadership of the Global Field Services team in 2003. He assumed his current role as business leader for AXA XL Risk Consulting in 2007.

Tim spent 12 years in the United States Army as an Infantry officer.
