Real-time risk monitoring

Over time, commercial buildings and assets can become less efficient making them prone to unseen risks. During periods when a building is unoccupied or only partially occupied, these risks may be magnified.

Digital Risk Engineer uses Internet of Things technology to monitor the health of your assets and buildings around the world remotely. An easy-to-install device is integrated seamlessly with your building to capture real-time data from connected systems such as energy, water, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC).

The data and insights are accessible to you and AXA XL’s risk consultants via an online dashboard. The customisable, centralised dashboard gives you a holistic overview of all your building locations and assets. The dashboard alerts you to any problems against a pre-agreed set of thresholds. It also enables you to easily benchmark the performance of different locations to allow best practice to be shared thereby further improving safety, risk and energy optimisation.

How can the Digital Risk Engineer help you?

Listen to Paul Jones, Client Manager and co-creator of Digital Risk Engineer, explain how the Digital Risk Engineer can help companies contextualise their data to lower their operating costs, reduce their claims and claims severity, and prevent business interruption through early detection of issues.
